Manufacturing Process

• Lamination of geotextile + geomembrane + geonet in factory lines.
• GCL: bentonite sandwiched between geotextiles, needle-punched.
• Quality control on peel strength, transmissivity and bentonite mass.

• Landfill composite liner systems (GCL + geomembrane)
• Tunnel waterproofing with drainage composite
• Vertical cutoff walls and containment caps
• Road edge drains with filtration composite

1. Follow manufacturer orientation (filter side toward soil, etc.).
2. Overlap and seam per system design — often welded or taped.
3. Inspect for delamination or bentonite loss before deployment.
4. Coordinate with main liner QA/QC documentation.
