Manufacturing Process

• HDPE/LDPE resin extrusion through flat die, calendering to target thickness.
• Carbon black (≥2%) for UV resistance; smooth or textured finish.
• Full batch testing: density, tensile, stress crack, oxidation induction.

• Municipal and hazardous waste landfills
• Water reservoirs, canals and aquaculture ponds
• Heap leach pads and tailings containment
• Secondary containment for tanks and chemical storage

1. Subgrade must be smooth, free of stones; use geotextile cushion if needed.
2. Deploy panels; overlap 10–15 cm before welding.
3. Hot-wedge or extrusion weld all seams; 100% non-destructive testing recommended.
4. Protect liner during cover placement; avoid traffic on exposed membrane.
